This textured postcard was inspired by one of the most recognizable Lithuanian summer traditions – šaltibarščiai. The bright pink cold soup with eggs, dill, and beetroot has become such an iconic seasonal food that Vilnius now even hosts a huge Pink Soup Festival every year.
I turned that chaotic summer energy into a postcard.
